Another month has past since my last message update and as always numerous
issues have been addressed by the Association Executive Board of Directors.
There are many other issues being addressed in addition to what we
have issued this month, please feel free to contact me or your Executive
Board with any questions, concerns or ideas. As always, stay safe, stay
informed, be involved and know that the POA is there for you.

Membership Dues Increase
On July 25th, 2008 during the regular General Membership meeting an Association
dues increase was discussed by the Membership. During this meeting
the Membership directed the Executive Board to study the need for an
increase and an amount an increase was necessary. The Executive Board was
instructed to report their findings at the next General Membership meeting
in August. At the following General Membership meeting on August 22nd,
2008 the Executive Board of Directors recommended a dues increase of
$3.00 per-pay-period. This increase would not be shared with CLEAT and
would be kept by the Association to offset operational expenses and make
infrastructure repairs to the Association hall that have gone unaddressed
over the past eight plus years, since the last increase.. Read More >>
